Epic MegaJam License and Assets
Effective Date: October 5, 2015
This agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Developer" or "you") and Duck Club Management, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (the "Company", "Duck Club", or "we").
Please read this Agreement carefully.
By downloading, opening, or otherwise using the files available at one or both of the URLs below, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement:

WHEREAS, for the purpose of this Agreement, Duck Club administers all or a portion of the copyrights in the musical recordings and compositions described as follows (collectively referred to as “Tracks”):
“Sword of Truth”
“In The Face of Evil”
“Journey’s End”
“Retrogram”
As performed by Magic Sword (“Artist”); and
WHEREAS, you wish to record the Tracks in synchronization and/or timed relation as part of the material created between the dates of October 8, 2015 – October 15, 2015, for the Epic MegaJam (“Game”). This License does not apply to material created before October 8, 2015 or after October 15, 2015 and material that is not created as part of the Epic MegaJam.
NOW, THEREFORE it is agreed as follows:
1. Duck Club hereby grants to Developer the non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to record and to perform the Tracks in synchronization and/or timed relation in the Game (the ”License”), as long as the Game is not sold. This License shall cover Developer’s usage of Tracks or any portions or excerpts thereof, used within a Game. We shall not have any right or interest in the Game.
2. This License does not apply to any version of the Game that is sold, but the license does extend to versions of the Game that are made available as free downloads.
3. Developer shall be permitted to shorten, edit, remix, and modify the Tracks.
4. Developer may not make the Tracks or any parts of the Tracks, including individual Track stems, available to the public as audio-only files.
